A 25% deposit* is required
for each order with a balance due upon installation, or 15 days after
receipt of equipment, whichever comes first. Subject to credit approval.
(*Orders of $3,000 or less require payment in advance.)
- International Sales Terms:
Payment in advance by:
bank wire transfer, credit card (shipping address must be the same as
the billing address), or by letter of credit. When paying with
a letter of credit, include $850 to cover bank charges. See your quote
for details.

- Rental Rates (only available within the United States):
Short-term Rental: (30 days): 15% of total equipment price per month;
and 9% per month for each month rental is extended. 30 day rent + freight
payable in advance.
Long-term Rental: 9% of total equipment price per month for first three
months; and 7% of total equipment price per month for the duration of
the rental. 3 months rent + freight payable in advance.
50% of any rental paid may be applied to purchase price.
- Deposit to Hold Equipment:
A 5% non-refundable deposit is required to hold equipment for 30 days. After 30 days, a buyer has four options: 1. Purchase quoted equipment, with deposit applied to purchase in full; 2. Purchase other equipment, with deposit applied to purchase in full (subject to agreement by BWI); 3. Extend option to purchase for another 30 days by remitting an additional 5% deposit; or 4. Forfeit the deposit.
