Experienced technicians are available for telephone support and troubleshooting: 8 am – 4:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday, or through email.

Service Rates

Repair service at BWI offices:

• $ 160. per hour – 3 hour minimum

On-site installation and repair service within U.S.A.:

• Travel time: $ 125. per hour ($ 1,000./day maximum)
• Field service: $ 185. per hour

On-site installation outside U.S.A will include:

• Travel time
• Installation & Training
• Air fare, hotel, meals

Webex remote diagnostic service

• Save money by avoiding costly downtime while waiting for service calls.
• Diagnose problems with your RIP and some output devices easily using the internet.
• Software RIP installation by qualified technicians.

• Rates are $ 75. for first 15 minutes, $ 25. for each 15 minutes thereafter.
• Credit card number required prior to start of session.
