BWI has a vast inventory of prepress parts available for many manufacturers/models.

Often a whole machine is parted, so while the individual parts may not be listed, the actual listing will indicate that the machine has been added to parts inventory. Should we not have your part, we can often source parts from other vendors or new parts from the manufacturers. Parts are sold on a non-exchange basis (see below for details on exchange parts.)*
Parts are subject to availability and pricing is subject to change.
Fill out our parts request form and we will normally answer you back within 24 hours.
Sales Terms
Payment in advance is required on all parts orders by:
- Bank wire transfer
- Visa®
- Mastercard®
- American Express®
- PayPal

All credit card information is purged upon completion of the transaction.
Shipping:
Shipping is not included in the part price.
Shipping amount will be added to the transaction and is based upon size, weight and destination.
A shipping quote can be sent if delivery address is provided.
Federal Express is used unless customer specifies otherwise.
Warranty:
- 90 day warranty on all used parts
- Manufacturer’s/vendor’s warranties apply to all new or sourced parts.
Exchange Sales:
- Parts sold on an exchange basis require the exchange part to be shipped to BWI prior to our
sending out the purchased part.
Minimum Order Policy:
- $100 minimum applies to all orders for in-stock parts
- $250 minimum applies to all special order parts

Special Order Items
- BWI will special order items not in stock for our customers.
- Payment in advance is required.
- Items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
- Defective parts must be returned within 15 days of receipt of order.
Return Policy
Damaged Goods Policy
- Make a note on the Bill of Lading that package was damaged and internal damage is unknown.
- Retain all original packaging material.
- Contact BWI.
- BWI will make every effort to send a replacement parts a soon as possible and will work with you to resolve the problem with the shipper.
